Business Unit Head - rivexa
Soumen Baral leads the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives. With over 18 years at mjunction, he brings extensive expertise in building and scaling digital businesses. Prior to his role as rivexa’s head, he served as Head of Export Marketplace and SME Business, where he developed insights into global trade dynamics. His experience includes leading key account management across North and West India, managing strategic client relationships, and driving organizational transformation initiatives. During his tenure as Executive Officer in the Managing director’s office, he played a crucial role in corporate planning and strategic development. Soumen specializes in P&L management, business development, and implementing customer-centric growth strategies.

Vertical Head - Industrial Goods
As rivexa’s Vertical Head (IG), Anupam Bhatt leads strategic initiatives in global manufacturing and export operations. He has extensive experience in power and renewables, industrial operations, quality control, and global market development. Previously, he led major transformation initiatives. His career includes leadership roles at Sterling Wilson and Tata Projects, where he managed complex industrial projects and built expertise in global supply chain operations. An electrical engineer by training, Anupam specializes in bridging technical knowledge with business growth strategies.

Vertical Head - Fashion & Home Textiles
As rivexa’s Vertical Head (FHT), Kuntal Amin oversees strategic initiatives for quality sourcing and sustainable growth in fashion. With over 15 years of experience, she brings expertise in scaling fashion businesses and optimizing sourcing operations. Before rivexa, as Assistant VP at Nykaa and leader at Hopscotch, she doubled the apparel business and engineered efficient sourcing solutions across India and China. Her experience includes successfully launching private labels, managing cross-functional teams, and executing high-profile fashion campaigns, including Lakme Fashion Week.

Technology Lead
As our Technology Lead, Bikram Chatterjee architects the platforms that power our global trade solutions. With over 24 years of experience building large-scale distributed platforms, he brings expertise in cloud computing, AI, blockchain, and data analytics. Before rivexa, as Senior Director at TCGDigital and Technology Architect for United Airlines, he led major digital transformation initiatives and legacy modernization projects.

Marketing Partner
As our Marketing Partner, Mainak Sarkar drives growth through innovative digital strategies and performance marketing. With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in go-to-market strategy and international demand generation. Before rivexa, as Head of Digital & Demand Gen at Impelsys, he built an 18-member team and achieved 500% growth in geo-specific leads across the US, UAE, and Europe, partnering with global brands like Flipkart, American Banker’s Association, and American Heart Association.
